The Sergeants duties are to: give tours of the police department to visitors and new members, start and maintain personnel files on each explorer, supervise explorers during post functions, record the minutes at each meeting, read the minutes from previous meetings, maintaining a list of all visitors to meetings and complete performance evaluations on the corporals
